I have work at 1 till 5 today then I’m off home, get changed and then Adam is coming to mine and were off to have harvester or frankie and bennys thernn were off to watch paranormal activity3! I’m terrified of that sort of film usually but the paranormal activities have never bothered me! Let’s see if this one does :p

Goal of the next few weeks...

to stop swearing as much.. I won’t completely stop but I can stop the majority of it. It’s a horrible habit but I’m ow I can stopp it a fair bit because I dint swear at work, around strangers etc and I obviously hate doin it anyways. It’s time to give it a real go.

Whkk karate competition.

Went so well yesterday and team AVHKK did fab! I got bronze in kata .. Did shit in fighting .. Broke my nose again… Girl hit it a bit straighter aha! Not complainin. Cole(little cousin) got gold in kumite and Claire and cole got silver in team kata! Whheeyyy!! Well done to Ian and kits too! Difficult categories. Epic efforts all round

Today...

Was absolute shit until karate. Felt angry, upset, bored and disgusted today. Did some coaching for team kata (Afan valley A) juniors which was good… Also did a load of kata myself.. Roll on Thursday … Nothing but kumite in karate. Let’s get rid of some anger!
