Just got back from uni...AWKWARD.
yeah today was beyond weird. It was all about getting to know people, opening up and all that stuff.
We had to do scruffy doodles so that we could ‘go back to childhood’ and just let the creativity out. :S

Karate this evening!
Instructed by Jeff Cowley again. :) can see this turning out to be a hard sesh because of the lovely weather (the dojo will be like a sauna) + im pretty sure one of alan & June’s sons is training + hes a 2nd dan that hasn’t trained for YEARS but hes still a machine + the competition coming up… lets just hope I dont kill my thigh muscles this sesh.

Not going to lie..
absolutely gutted when i saw the Graphic Design course director again today.. he doesn’t even look like paul carrack! could have sworn he was the spitting image! ahh his eyes are still rad and bright blie like carracks though so im chill with it. Lagrange is a dude.

Took my mother food shopping earlier, after she...
Its not something that happens often because my father is usually the driver but he was working today (as usual) but it was sooo nice to spend a much needed couple of hours with my mam. We only went to ASDA food shopping but i enjoy spending any sort of time with my parents :)
On the wau there, i was talking about karate with my mother.. she doesn;t understand it & infact, me doing karate...

Karate training: 22/09/2011
Karate was amazing agin lastnight.
My usual instructors have gone on holiday but father & son, Jeff & Dan Cowley were the instructors lastnight, they usually train but as they are 2nd dans, they took the class.
It was so good! despite the hall being overly warm!
We did a load of kihon/basics, jenzuki(forward punch), basic kicks and what not + then me & dan (only senior grades there)...

On the Yahoo homepage today is a article about a man from dublin achieving a 9th dan in tae kwon do!! 9th dan! and there is now only 9 of them in the world! its such a HUGE thing to achieve yet there are know it all assholes who say shit like ‘a shot gun would take care of him’ or ‘put him in a cage and see how he does’
